Enjoycool Technology (Hong Kong) Limited OiCE and SLETU
Enjoycool Technology (Hong Kong) Limited was co-founded by the founder of Hong Kong Plato Group and the founder of the Guangzhou SLETU brand. Headquartered in Hong Kong and serving the world, we are a technology enterprise integrating new-material R&D, intelligent manufacturing, global sales and engineering application services. The company owns two core brands — OiCE and SLETU — operating across two strategic tracks: low-carbon quantum cooling materials and high-end underwater decorative protection materials.
Leveraging the deep industrial heritage and market resources of both shareholder groups, the company has achieved a powerful alliance to grow the future together. Hong Kong Plato Group has been deeply rooted in the rubber and plastics industry for 50 years, with a mature global sales network and large-scale production system, annual revenue exceeding RMB 2 billion, and modern production bases totaling more than 1 million square meters across China and Southeast Asia. This provides full-chain capability from raw-material modification and formulation R&D to finished-product intelligent manufacturing — solid manufacturing assurance for product stability, delivery capacity and continuous quality improvement.
Powered by proprietary patents and a full-scenario material system — from underwater surfaces and ground applications to aerial cooling — we deliver safe, durable and low-carbon total solutions for cultural-tourism water parks and industrial protection scenarios.

First in Technology + Patent Moat
Our flagship Epoxy-Urea-Bond Underwater Protective & Decorative Coating is a domestic first: it combines imported weather-resistant epoxy resin with polyaspartic polyurea, solving the pain points of conventional polyurea coatings — demanding application conditions, poor substrate adhesion and complex processes. It has been granted a national invention patent (ZL202210369265.3). Our SLETU elastic brick is likewise a domestic first and has applied for an invention patent, with multiple invention and utility-model patents secured.
Our coverage spans underwater decorative protection materials (SLETU underwater coatings and elastic brick), ground cooling and anti-scald materials, and aerial cooling and shading materials — sea, land and air. The OiCE zero-electricity cooling material is built on the principles of zero energy consumption and zero carbon emissions, replacing conventional electric refrigeration with advanced technology — our new growth direction launched in 2026. All products are certified under ISO quality, environmental and management systems.
Our team has participated in the Beijing–Shanghai and Shijiazhuang–Wuhan high-speed rail projects, the Jinping Hydropower Station dam and the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macao Bridge polyurea protection, together with renowned cultural-tourism projects including Chimelong (Water Park, Hengqin Bay Hotel, Ocean Kingdom), Happy Valley and Fantawild. By 2025 we had completed over 1.8 million square meters of underwater decorative protection, earning industry recognition and awards.
Safety and Comfort That Target Real Industry Pain Points
We focus on two chronic problems in water parks: frequent cuts and fall injuries, and delamination of underwater coatings. Made from thermoplastic rubber compounded with natural rubber, our elastic brick overcomes the poor comfort, cracking tendency and blistering/delamination of rigid underwater coatings. It is used at scale in Happy Valley and Chimelong water parks, with a strong emphasis on safe, comfortable use and stable, reliable physical performance.
We are a National High-Tech Enterprise and a member of the WWA (World Waterpark Association), holding a national professional construction qualification, a safety production licence, ISO 9000/45001 system certification, five-star after-sales service certification and an enterprise credit certificate. We have been recognised as an Outstanding Supplier of Underwater Coatings for Aquariums and Water Parks and a Famous Chinese Brand. Our R&D team brings together chemical and materials specialists working long-term with academic experts, with two decades of focus on a single track.
