Hong Kong, October 2026 — Enjoycool Technology (Hong Kong) Limited has completed the European and North American standard edition of its complete technical data sheet collection, covering eleven products across three material systems: OiCE quantum cooling, SLEME underwater decorative materials and SLETU underwater coatings.
The consolidated manual is now published on the company website as a single reference document for consultants, specifiers, contractors and distributors working on water park, aquatic centre and industrial cooling projects in Europe and North America.
Standards-aligned documentation
Every data sheet in the collection follows a consistent structure — product overview, identification, key features, technical data, application instructions, packaging and storage, safety and environment, and warranty — so that a specification writer can compare products line by line without re-learning the format from page to page.
Performance values are reported against the standards that European and North American auditors expect to see:
- ASTM — D2369 for volatile content, D3359 for adhesion, B117 for salt spray, G155 for xenon-arc weathering, E903 for solar reflectance, C1371 for infrared emittance and E1980 for Solar Reflectance Index
- EN — 13501-1 reaction to fire, 1504 for concrete protection and repair, 1177 for impact attenuation on playground and water park surfacing, 12004 for tile adhesives, 12616 for sports surfaces, 13845 for resilient floor coverings and 16165 for slip resistance
- DIN 51130 — ramp test for the classification of floor coverings in wet barefoot areas
- NSF/ANSI 50 — equipment and materials for swimming pools, spas and recreational water facilities
- ISO 11014 and ISO 14801 — safety data sheet structure and fatigue testing of dental implants, the latter applied by analogy to load-bearing support structures
Regulatory compliance for export markets
All eleven products are documented against EU REACH, including the SVHC candidate list, RoHS 2.0 and the EU VOC Directive 2004/42/EC. None of the formulations contain lead, cadmium, chromium, mercury or other heavy-metal pigments, and no restricted substances above the applicable thresholds.
The OICE-301 waterborne fluorosilicone topcoat, for example, is reported at or below 35 grams per litre of volatile organic compounds, which places it well inside the decorative paint limits for both solvent-based and water-based categories under the Directive.
The three material systems
OiCE — quantum cooling. Four products built on quantum spectral modification, high solar reflectance and high infrared atmospheric-window emittance. The range covers a two-component waterborne fluorosilicone topcoat for metal and concrete, a self-adhesive PET cooling membrane laminated with butyl adhesive, a flexible rubber-plastic paving tile and a polyester-PVC shade membrane fabric. Typical reported values are solar reflectance of at least 0.92, infrared emittance of at least 0.92 and a Solar Reflectance Index of at least 112.
SLEME — underwater decorative materials. Three water-resistant, breathable, anti-slip elastic products: a 1.5 mm general-purpose membrane, a 5 mm comfort sheet with a foam cushion interlayer and an impact-absorbing safety tile for water-contact areas. The range targets long-term immersion, continuous chlorinated water exposure and high-frequency barefoot traffic.
SLETU — underwater coatings and ancillaries. A complete water-contact build-up comprising a true ceramic underwater coating, a high-penetration epoxy primer, a three-component repair mortar and an elastic epoxy tile adhesive. The system can be applied to damp and, in the case of the underwater coating, submerged substrates.
What this means for specifiers
Projects in Europe and North America frequently stall at the submittal stage because a manufacturer's documentation uses test methods that the local specifier cannot map onto the project specification. Publishing the same eleven products against ASTM, EN, DIN, NSF and ISO methods in one document removes that friction: a consultant can take the relevant page, check the test method against the project manual and issue the approval without a round of requests for additional data.
The full collection is available on the Technical Documents page. Product-specific data sheets, safety data sheets and system build-up drawings can be requested from the sales team.
